Our Process
1. Provide us with architectural set of drawings along with your scope of work.
2. We’ll provide a drafting quote with total drafting cost & completion date. Expedited options available.
3. Upon approval, we’ll start our Pre-engineering and drafting process for the project.
With 1,200 drafting hours currently available every week, our company has grown to develop an operating process that delivers exceptional results in a timely manner. With over 40 members in our drafting department, distributed among 6 teams, with drafters, PMs, Pre-engineering and Redlines specialists, we are confident to provide a prompt response to the project needs regardless of its stage.

We can delegate one or more of our in-house drafters to work solely for you and your team. Preferred by some of our clients as it provides constant drafting capacity allocated to them.

Project-Based Engagements
Our main business model. For those projects beyond your in-house team’s capacity. You will go into a collaboration agreement with us, where you will know the total drafting cost and the completion date for shop drawings. Any revisions prior to submitting to GC are included.
